FAQ

How Fast Is A Project Turn Around?

This entirely depends on the size and scope of the project. This also can depend on how much Pipework needs to be fabricated.

Is There A Minimum Order?

Our minimum order is £250.

Maximum Project Size?

Our normal project scope is under £1 Million, however we are always more than happy to discuss  higher value projects.

Health and Safety

We are in contact with a leading Health and Safety firm to guide us and to keep us and our staff fully up-to-date.

Accreditations

We are Safe Contractor Approved and are currently working to attend our ISO 9001

What is Pipework?

Pipes, flanges, supports, gaskets, bolts, valves, strainers, flexibles, and expansion joints are just a few of the parts that make up pipework. Such components can be produced to a national standard or may be a manufacturer’s exclusive item. They come in a variety of materials, types, and sizes.

What is Pipework Fabrication?

Pipe fabrication is the production of straight lengths of metallic pipe and piping parts, such as forged flanges, wrought or forged elbows, tee and reducer fittings, and the pipe itself, in order to create simple or complex piping systems for the secure transport or processing of liquids, gases, and solids.

What is a Pipe Fabricator?

A pipe fabricator is a professional who fabricates and assembles pipe products.

What is Steel Pipe Fabrication?

Pipe fabrication is the process of cutting, bevelling, and welding piping components like pipes, elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, and other piping elements in accordance with design documents.

What is Prefabricated Pipework?

Prefabrication of pipes refers to the production of various pipeline components off-site, in a factory. Pipes, elbows, tees, and flanges are some of these components. Pre-fabrication is essential because it calls for a great deal of precision on hundreds of individual components.

What is the difference between Fabricator and Fabrication?

Fabricators’ services are required to construct the component parts of a functional system as well as later on in the procedure. In contrast to assembly operations, “fabrication” is the manufacturing process used to create components.
